Aesthetics Terms & Conditions

Non-refundable deposit 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all aesthetics appointments. Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. This policy is in place to cover loss of income, loss of product, and loss of time in the event of a cancellation or last-minute change. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. By paying your deposit, you agree to all Terms & Conditions stated below.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeit of the 50% deposit, but no additional charges will apply. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and a £20 charge to cover loss of product and preparation time. If the £20 is not paid you will not be able to book an appointment for up to 4 weeks as this term has been agreed to upon booking of the appointment. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be treated as late cancellations and charged accordingly. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling more than 24 hours before your appointment is allowed, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. The new appointment must be booked within 2 weeks of the original date. If not, your deposit will be void and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, meaning your deposit will be forfeited and the £20 charge will also apply.

Late Arrivals;

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. If the treatment cannot be completed due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Medical Liability:

All clients must complete a medical consultation form prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect treatment. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not deemed safe or suitable. If a treatment cannot go ahead for medical or contraindication reasons that are identified during your consultation, your deposit will be refunded as this will be discussed with you at that time.

Results and Expectations:

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed due to differences in anatomy, lifestyle, and aftercare. The practitioner will always act in your best interest and provide realistic expectations before treatment. Refunds are not offered for treatments once completed, as products and time cannot be recovered.

Aftercare:

Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions carefully to ensure the best results and reduce the risk of complications. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and is not the practitioner’s responsibility.

Confirmation:

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You understand that deposits are non-refundable under the conditions outlined above and that treatment will only proceed following full consultation and disclosure of medical information.
